This chart is a personalized data of Raz's Y-DNA haplogroup ancestry - e.g. Raz's Ancient Ancestors collectively have the haplogroups distributed as shown!
A Y-DNA haplogroup specifies the all male lineage of any sample, passed down from the paternal line.
This chart is a personalized data of Raz's mtDNA haplogroup ancestry - e.g. Raz's Ancient Ancestors collectively have the haplogroups distributed as shown!
A mtDNA haplogroup specifies the all female lineage of any sample, passed down from the maternal line.
MDLP World 22 is for global populations. Admixture analysis involves taking DNA and breaking it down into regional components - this is done using what is called a calculator. It calculates DNA to its most recent configuration. In this graph it shows Raz has less Indian and more West Asian in his genes. While the rest of the graph is dominated with European heritage, when combined with West Asian
Eurogenes 15 is a popular calculator for people of European backgrounds. As Raz's hablogroup also falls under European descent, Eurogene 15 is used. The graph shows a 50/50 admixture in Raz. Both J Hablopgroup and Rb1 Haplogroup are most likely dominant factors.
The Ancestral Globe allows you to visually see all the ancient samples which match Raz's DNA. This includes Sample Matches shown in red or blue which match the same genetic signatures as Raz's DNA evidencing common ancestral roots, and Deep Dive matches in yellow which share actual DNA segments (evidencing direct common ancestry between Raz and the sample).
